TC has to be Gluten-Free

So I have IBS - yes yuck. But that is not the worst! I have to be Gluten Free!!! At first glance is appears as if I am being set free from some kind of bondage but oh no!! I have been caged into a box of limited food.

Firstly, No Bread!!!! My staple diet! I am a bootylicious South African Coloured Woman. It is close to impossible for me to live without bread. All social events that a SACW attends probably has bread.

but anyway, i have researched the gluten free stuff some more.
